“ Had dinner with some of the team last night and I was craving BBQ or burgers...Duane mentioned we’d probably get some BBQ with James at some point this week so off I went in search of a good burger not too far from us...pulled up several lists and this place showed up on a couple of them as having one of the best burgers in the DFW area...The Parsons St location has been open 3.5 months according to Ray (I think the GM)...everyone was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had...I couldn’t order just one thing so I got a trifecta of Fried Baloney/Chicken Fried Steak/Hamburger with sides of Onion Rings and Tater Tots...all of it was amazing but if I had to pick a favorite, just barely, that Fried Baloney sandwich was the bees knees! Super casual spot with fantastic food! If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check these guys out! ”
“ I’ve been a fan of the original Maple & Motor for many years, but it was just not conveniently located to my part of town. That’s why I was really thrilled to see signs go up around a year ago for a second location that’s just a mile from home. M&M offers hearty burgers and huge sides, at a really reasonable cost. My personal favorite on the menu is the flat top brisket sandwich Two hearty slices of pan-seared brisket served on a bun with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo, or however, you want it dressed. Service is pretty fast, but you can also call or order online to make carryout super quick. ”

“ I've been a fan of Maple and Motor for over a decade. Their food is always excellent and service is what you'd expect, treat them well and they'll treat you well. The burger in this location is great just a tad overcooked to my liking. The brisket sandwich is pretty good, but gotta say it is better at the original location. This brisket is a little dry and not as flavorful l but a still overall good. The chili cheese tater tit's are great, no complaints. The ranch is different in this location somehow l, tastes good but definitely different in comparison to the OG location. ”
